First, we're full time rv-er's and finding trustworthy ethical rv repair and automotive repair can be a struggle. We have a 2016 Jeep (heap) wrangler. We have been having drivability issues with it......so we called CVG and they told us bring it in first thing Monday morning. Without getting to long winded, hands down this is the most ethical automotive repair garage I have ever had the opportunity to do business. They are so very thorough with the diag. They take pics of everything and then triage the issues into importance of repair. This is the first shop I have ever seen do this and I was so impressed!! William was the service writer that helped us. They were able to get it back to us within a day and gave us a loaner car at no charge. Unfortunately, this Heap developed another issue. After leaving a message over the weekend, William called first thing Monday and said bring in now. We're leaving the area in 3 days and the guys knew that.....they went thru the area in question with a fine tooth comb. They were able to nail down the problem. I will unequivocally say this garage and every one of the guys we met have the utmost integrity. They treated us fairly and honestly. Whether you're a resident or just passing thru, if you need automotive repair, this should be your go-to shop.

I took my car to Carbon Valley Garage to diagnose a check engine light along with some noticeable issues and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They were quick to get my vehicle in, communicated with me throughout the entire process and did a thorough inspection to explain exactly what was going on. Their pricing was very fair and reasonable and I never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs. The entire staff was incredibly kind, professional and easy to work with. It’s refreshing to find an honest, trustworthy auto shop. I would highly recommend Carbon Valley Garage to anyone!

We had another repair shop tell us we needed a new transmission, we wanted to get a second opinion so had it towed to CVG. William was extremely helpful. They were able to get it in right away and discovered that the previous shop had not completed a job properly which was making my truck unable to run. William explained the entire process, was thoughtful in not wanting to throw the other shop under the bus (even though it was clearly their mistake), and helped save us $1,000s! He was even helpful when I went back to the previous shop to get them to reimburse me for my expenses (which they did). Highly recommend them as an ethical shop, not taking advantage of customer with no mechanic knowledge!

Carbon Valley is amazing. My truck was not driveable, scheduled a tow to them and had never been there before. Gave them a call and they were happy to take a look at it. Confirmed when they got my truck and let me know they likely wouldn’t get to it until the next day, but they got to it same day! Let me know the problem and fix and it was ready for pick up the next day. Great communication, competitive prices, easy to work with. Will definitely be using them for everything moving forward.

Came recommended from my mechanic for services he could not provide. Great recommendation! Work was done quick, didnt feel like I was being oversold on services, super friendly! I would certainly drive the further distance if needed again.
